Hello dolls, I hope that you are having a good week. Have you guys started school yet ? I still have a few weeks of summer holidays
but these remaining holidays will pass so quickly, for sure. So in today’s blog
post I will be sharing with you guys my spa day at an actual hotel this time. I
really wanted to post this blog post last Wednesday since I went to the spa
exactly a week ago but I had some
problems with the camera but now everything is working smoothly. Enjoy the blog post ! Bear with me for this blog post as I had to change the style and format of the blog post , Writing first and the lot of pictures after. I hope you don’t
mind.
Over all it was a really relaxing and peaceful experience.
It was my second time going to a spa, but last time I went to a different hotel
and I focused more on the gym area and just swimming in the indoor pool. This
time, however I skipped the working out part and focused more on the actual
purpose of the spa.
I started off by doing a facial which was really relaxing
and my skin was glowing afterwards but I must admit it can be quite
uncomfortable at times during the process but it was worth it at the end. I also had a head and a back massage which
surprisingly helped my lower back pain. Following this, my mum and I went into
the sauna, which is basically a closed room kept at a high temperature. Last
time , I only managed to stay in the sauna for 5 minutes but this time I managed
to stay for a good 15 minutes. My mum and I than spent the rest of the day
relaxing and sunbathing in the outdoor and indoor pool drinking some fresh cold
drinks .
