Hello dolls, I hope that you are doing well :) In today’s blog post I
will be sharing with you 3 different quick and easy breakfasts which one can
easily do before school or work. They are pretty straightforward but they are
all really good.
Porridge
Ingredients :
300ml of water
¾ cup of rolled oats
1tsp maple syrup
1tsp maple syrup
1tsp vanilla
1banana
1tbsp of granola (optional)
1tbsp of coconut flakes (optional)
1 Place the oats and 300ml of water into a small
saucepan and place it over a medium to low heat. If you’d like you can also add
a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Slice the bananas and serve the porridge topped
with coconut flakes, granola and a teaspoon of maple syrup.
Smoothie
To make this smoothie you will need:
½ cup of water
1\2 cup of dairy milk or almond milk
1tbsp peanut butter (optional)
1tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
1 banana
1
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend
until smooth.
Peanut butter bread
What you will need:
Peanut butter
2 slices of bread
1 banana cut into slices
