Get Healthy With Me | Breakfast

Hey guys, I hope that you are doing well. Today I am back with the second part of the get healthy with me series, and I'm going to be sharing with you some breakfast ideas. I chose four of my favorite breakfasts and I'm going to be showing you what I use and how I make them. They are very quick and easy for when you are on the go!
Let's get started:-

Avocado Toast

All you need is -
- 2 Slices Bread ( I used low GI sliced bread)
- 1/2 Avocado
- Salt+Pepper
- Red Chilli Flakes

Just toast your bread, add the avocado (sliced or mashed), and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes

Ginger Pear Smoothie

- 230ml Almond Milk
- 89g Pears
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground flax

Add them all in and blend!

2 Ingredient Cookies

- 2 Bananas
- 1 Cup Oats

Optional:
- cinnamon
- raisins
- coconut flakes
- chocolate chips

Mix the bananas and oats together. I added cinnamon too.
You can add any other ingredients from which I mentioned to make different combinations
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

Oatmeal Parfait

- 1 cup oats
- Almond Milk
- Cinnamon
- Honey
- Greek Yogurt
- 1 Apple

Prepare your oats by adding in the cinnamon , honey and almond milk.
Place in your microwave until the oats absorb most of the almond milk.
Let them cool down for a few minutes.
Place your oats in a mason jar
Add Greek yoghurt on top
Cut the apple into small cubes and add over top of the yogurt
Voila!
You can drizzle some honey and add cinnamon on top for extra flavour!

I hope you liked these ideas. Let me know in the comments what your favorite breakfast is!
I'm very excited for my next blog post coming up stay tuned for that and I'll talk to you next time. Follow us on social media to stay updated.

Organisation tips for school

Hello dolls, I hope that you are having a lovely day! In today’s blog post I will be showing you how I stay organised for school in preparation to exams and assignments. I hope that you like this post due to being very different from the other blog posts. I also hope that somehow or another it helps you guys to stay organised.

The very first thing that I find so helpful with staying organised is having different coloured highlighters. I use them to highlight important information and to also add some colour to a boring black and white page hence this will also make it stand out more.
I also use coloured pens either to underline an important key word or as a comment on the side of my notes.

Another tip which I find very useful is having two diaries instead of one. In my school diary I like to write down what home works I have due to or exams, while on the other diary which I classify it as my home diary I like to write down my study schedule with the list of topics which I have to revise and the home work which I will be doing on that particular day. It’s more like a check-list to keep you on track and more organised.  You could definitely add others things in the home diary like if you are going out for the weekend or watching a movie at home with friends. Have fun with it. Be creative and spontaneous . PS  you could obviously use a device as a planner instead of a diary. Do whatever pleases you.

On my bedside table I also like to keep post-it notes and a sharpie. I stick them on my bedside table as a quick reminder but also as a substitute to colourful pens if there is not much space on the book or the pack of notes. I find them very handy.

I also keep different leaver arch files for every subject at school and inside the file as you can see in the picture below, I just put different colourful dividers with the name of the topic. I also put some loose paper inside and some plastic transparent folders just in case it’s stapled with other papers. I find it so convenient to have all my notes in different sections yet in the same file, this way nothing will go missing.  The key is to file every now and then.

That is pretty much everything that I have to say in this blog. I hope that you enjoyed this post and let me know if you would like me to post more blog posts similar to this
Until next time

Love,
Sherxoxo

Chanel SkinCare Products Review - Mousse Douceur, Lotion Douceur,HydraBeauty Gel Creme

Hey dolls, welcome back to our blog. Today I have a bit of a different post for you all. I'm going to be doing a review on 3 Chanel Skincare products- a cleanser, a toner and a moisturizer.
I am going to be talking to you about the price, packaging, effectiveness and my overall opinion on each product.
If you want to see my everyday skincare routine I posted one a while back, as did Sheryl.
Just to be clear, I do not use these products daily so they have not by any means replaced my previous daily skincare routine. I usually use these products once or twice a week.
This is going to be a long post, so let's get right into it!

Mousse Douceur

This product retails for $45.00, which I think considering the brand and the fact that a little goes a long way, isn't too much, so 150ml of product will last a while.
The formula of the cleanser is very silky looking and it is very creamy. I only use about a pea sized amount and find that it is enough to cleanse my skin thoroughly without drying it out. It is gentle on the skin as it foams nicely when you apply it.It has a floral scent which I am obsessed with, although it might be too strong for people with very sensitive skin.
The packaging is plastic, not glass. I suppose that perhaps for the price that you are spending on these products some might expect it to be glass. In my opinion, I have to say that I do prefer plastic as I feel like you can be 'less careful' when handling the product. I certainly wouldn't want $45 of product to drop on the floor if the bottle slips whilst I'm washing my face. I really do like the packaging, as it is simple and sleek.

After I use this product I definitely feel like my skin is more refreshed and hydrated. As for the anti-pollution properties it states to have, I cannot say that I have seen some sort of difference or change, but one of the key ingredients is tulip tree extract which is a natural anti pollutant.

Lotion Douceur

This toner is in the same range as the cleanser I mentioned. It retails for $45, same as the cleanser, with a difference that there is 200ml of product. Once again, the packaging is plastic but I really love it and it has a slightly floral scent, although it is not as strong as the scent of the cleanser. I apply this to my skin using a cotton pad and once again a little goes a long way. The first time I used it I used too much and realized that using only few drops is enough. This toner leaves my skin feeling very hydrated and it does not feel sticky. On the contrary, I have noticed that it gives my skin a bit of a natural glow.

Please note that this toner and even the cleanser are ideal for normal-combination skin, so if you have dry or oily skin they will probably not be as effective.Instead you might consider trying Lotion Confort or Lotion Purete' respectively, and the corresponding cleanser as they are adapted for those skin types.

Hydra Beauty Gel Creme

I have to say that this is probably the most hydrating moisturizer that I have used. This product retails for $87, which I think is way too pricey for a moisturizer.
It smells amazing and it is very light and is easily absorbed by the skin. It leaves my skin looking glowy and feeling hydrated. I really like the fact that it does not feel sticky and thick like certain moisturizers that I have used before.
I really love the packaging and the fact that it comes in a jar and with a small spatula. Once again, a little goes a long way.

Overall:

I love the fact that in the case of all of the 3 products a little goes a long way and they leave my skin feeling amazing. My makeup went on so smoothly after using these products. I think that the price for the cleanser and toner is quite reasonable but that of the moisturizer is a little over the top. If you are on a budget and would like to try these products I suggest you don't use them daily as it can be quite costly in the long run.
On the whole, I think that I will be repurchasing these products once they run out.

Thank you for checking out my review. I hope that you guys liked it. This is my first time doing a review so I really hope that you found this interesting and that it gave you some sort of guideline. Let me know what your holy grail skincare product is in the comments below and tell me if you would like to see more reviews in the future, and make sure to follow click that follow button on our blog and on our social media to stay updated.
Until next time cuties!

xoxo, Fran

March favourites

Hello dolls I hope that all of you are doing well. The month of March was quite a stressing month for Fran and I regarding school and trial exams for the actual exams which we will be sitting for this month ( April ) till May however March was also my birthday month <3 . In this post I will be sharing with you guys for the very first time my favourite items for March.

Beauty Products

The first beauty product which I have been digging for a lot lately is the max factor by the name secret cerise 660. It is a rich cerise, to be exact the shade of the colour is fuchsia (deep reddish pink ) with a pearly shine .  Such a beautiful colour for spring time <3

Another beauty product which I have been loving is the Make up Revolution vivid baked Highlighter. Such a lovely highlighter which looks so glowy and shimmery on the cheeks <3 It has such a good pigmentation and it's very long lasting.

Hair Products
John Frieda Frizz Ease Shampoo and Conditioner

I have been loving these products so much and I would recommend this to anyone. I have struggled with taming my frizz after dying my hair and I am now literally obsessed with these products as they have made a huge difference to my hair. It also makes your hair look more shiny and so soft and silky .Credits go to my mum who discovered these products while doing her usual shopping ;)

Fragrance
Ari by Ariana Grande

Fran gave me this fragrance as a birthday present. Been loving this fragrance ever since <3 It has such a sweet and soft scent . The accurate description of the fragrance taken from the site is so true :  The luscious new fragrance opens with sparkling fruits and an ultra-feminine floral, passionately spun with musks, woods, and an addictive hint of marshmallow.

I will definitely buy more items from Ariana Grande's collection.

Snack

Such an easy snack to make in so little time .
To make this you will need : handful of granola
2 teaspoons  almond flakes or crushed almonds
1 yoghurt

Mix them altogether and enjoy!

Fashion

This pair of ankle heel booties below has without any doubt been one of my favourites things that I have purchased in the beginning of March and I don’t regret it for a minute. I also bought them for a very good price at my local shoe shop. I love pairing it up with a cute skater skirt or a pair of jeans. I have been wanting to buy these booties for so long.. fell in love with them whilst watching  'The vampire Diaries’, Nina Dobrev who played Elena Gilbert & Katerina Petrova was wearing these ankle boots.

Music video

Last and not least my favourite music video would surely be Cheap thrills by Sia.  I love the song in general but I also do insanely love the choreography  and the dance moves <3 so much talent and hard work is put into the video <3 Check it out if you haven’t listened to the song and watched the music video.

I hope that you guys liked my first monthly favourites. Had fun making it and sharing with you guys my favs!! Any tvd fans on this blog ? comment bellow if you <3 the vampire diaries.
Have a great week :) Until next time!

Love,
Sherxoxo
