All you need is to grab yourself a baby shampoo/antibacterial
soap or face wash and your makeup brushes and tools that are ready to be
bacteria free. I personally recommend you to to use
your face wash or cleanser as you want to make sure that it won't irritate your
skin once you use the brushes if you have sensitive skin. Shall we begin
the procedure?
P.S Eye brushes
don’t need regular cleaning but foundation brushes and contour brushes do need
more regular cleaning (1- 2 weeks)
• antibacterial shampoo or soap/baby shampoo or face wash
• your sink or a small bowl
• cloth
Instructions
1) Firstly, start by running your brushes under
lukewarm water. It is important for the bristles of the brush to be pointing
downwards when rinsed under water so as not to loosen the glue of the handle
which is attached to the bristles itself.
2) Next you could either fill a bowl with lukewarm water or put a few drops
of the product that you will be using or else you could place a small
amount onto the palm of your hand and gently swirl the brush.

3) Once again it is
important to rinse the brush under running
water and repeat
steps one and two
until the water in the sink or bowl is clear.
4) Use a cloth to wipe your brushes and tools clean and lay the brushes overnight for them to dry.
And there you have it!
It’s that simple and now your makeup brushes are looking brand new again. I
hope that you find this blog useful. Check out the
other blog posts if you haven’t done already until next time
